Now the somewhat "boring" part...
Our rules:
- There is no minimum buy in our shop.
- We sell new and used parts and sets.
- We aim to ship your order within 72 hours after payment is received
- The new parts come directly from new sets parted out by us, but could have some little scratches from sorting the parts.
- The used sets are complete and have the original instructions, unless the extended description of a set explains otherwise.
- Used minifigs are assembled and put in a ziplock bag, new ones are put in a ziplock bag in separate parts.
- Other details are mentioned in the extended description of the parts or sets.
- Typically sets are sent unassembled. Please indicate if you prefer a set to be assembled by leaving a comment. We would hate to spoil your fun and send you a set assembled if you don't want to! Assembly could have a impact on the delivery time.
- We do not cancel because you have not read the terms.
Payment
- We accept IBAN, PayPal and Stripe payment methods
- There are no extra fees for PayPal and Stripe!
- Payment must be made within 5 days.
- Not paying your invoice will result in a "non paying buyer" status and will be dealt with accordingly.
Handling
- We pack your order with great care, using ziplock bags, padded envelopes and protective materials in the boxes where needed.
For this we charge a handling fee using the following table :

Shipping
- All shipments, from € 0,01 to € 10.000,00 will be packed with great care!
- Please keep in mind that the weight at the bottom of your cart is an indication. All shipments are send in "bubble" envelopes, which have a weight of their own, starting at 6 grams. Fragile or delicate parts will be packed in a letterbox, which are more heavy, starting at 35 grams, but more safe to send to foreign or trans-atlantic countries. Purchases with higher value but low weight will be send in a letterbox as well, just to make sure that a delicate part does not get smashed or stepped on in a warehouse.
If we feel it is better to ship your purchases using a different method then the one you selected during the checkout process, we will get in touch with you to discuss this. - Orders (€ 20,00 and up, including shipping) with PayPal payment will only be send with tracking due to chargeback from PayPal in case of loss or damage.
- When there is no insurance requested, there is no refund possible in any case of loss or damage. Letterbox shipments, envelopes and other non-registered shipments will be send at buyers risk.
- If your order was sent to by buyers request, registered/insured, and it's lost or damaged we will help you by filing a claim at the postal company and request an investigation. Please keep in mind that we need your assistance and patience for this. We will always keep you informed (the process can take up to 3 months).
